If you are in Calgary your Beautygram will be delivered in person by one of our family.
If the box is being shipped in Canada, it will go by Canada Post and we offer expedited, XPressPost and Priority shipping based on your choice of service.
For all United States shipments, we use United States Postal Service via Chit Chats in Calgary. We can deliver packages anywhere in the US in 5 days so that is the best we can do with customs.
Delivery Costs & Guaranteed Delivery Times
Delivery to an address in Calgary and a 45 kilometre radius, delivered by Beautygram the next day, flat rate $8.00
Beyond that 45 kilometre radius, we use Canada Post, delivery is 3 -5 business days, up to 2.2lbs is $15.00, anything over that is $20.00.
To the United States we use Chit Chats and USPS, delivery is 3 - 5 business days, up to 2.2 lbs is $13 and anything above that is $18.00.
What do we guarantee?
Your Beautygram will be packed with love and care for your recipient. We understand the importance of our unboxing experience and that this is a gift to your cherished client, employee, friend or family.
Your Beautygram will be mailed on time within the guidelines set out by our partners, Canada Post, Chit Chats and USPS. Know that we will NEVER fail you in getting your package to our partners according to their guidelines for on-time delivery.
Calgary and area packages are delivered by us, so you can expect your package to be delivered on time.
Circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters and so on, void the delivery guarantee.
What will Beautygram do if my shipment is late?
Refunds will be provided on SHIPPING ONLY for any upgraded shipping services that do not arrive on time, within the guaranteed window provided by Canada Post (which in some cases is 2 - 3 days, so they even only guarantee within one day) provided that the order is received by us prior to 10 am. If we are unable to get the delivery to Canada Post before noon, then we potentially lose a day of service. Be advised that next day shipping means next business day shipping.
Example: an order placed at 2 p.m. on Friday for next day shipping will have missed the noon pickup. Therefore, next business day is Monday, which means a Tuesday arrival
Incorrect or incomplete address
If we deliver a gift box to an incorrect address that was provided to us, the delivery fee will be charged and brought back to the office. To deliver this box to the correct address, the delivery fee will once again be applied.
If the gift is being shipped, once a package with an incorrect or incomplete address has left us there is little we can do.

Before you complete your order, please make sure:
All your information is correct.
There will be someone at the address you provided to receive the gift OR Canada Post will leave a Notice of Delivery card for the BeautyGram to picked up at the nearest Postal Outlet.
You have provided all necessary information including apartment or condominium buzzer numbers, office building directions, office names, etc...
Please note Canada Post does not ship to hospitals, but we will deliver to hospitals in Calgary.
Please include your phone number or text number on your order, so we can reach you during business hours in the event there is a question with your order.

Does someone have to be at the shipping address to receive the order?
For Calgary and surrounding area deliveries:
We prefer if the recipient or someone else is there to receive the package.
Sometimes the boxes contain items that can melt if left out in the heat, or freeze if it is too cold.
If you know that no one is going to be at the address to receive the package please leave that in the notes on your order.
If the package can be safely left and we have been instructed to do so, we will find a place that is secure to leave it and send you a message as to where exactly it is. This way the recipient will receive their gift on the day it was intended. If the package cannot be left in a secure location or the weather does not permit then we will have to come back later, and a second delivery charge will apply.
For Canada Post and USPS deliveries:
Deliveries will arrive as per Canada Post and USPS usuals standards.
We purchase our stock from local suppliers in small quantities to ensure that the quality is always fresh. For a number of reasons we will occasionally run out of a specific item and will require us to substitute a product of equal or greater value than the one requested, especially on edibles such as chocolates. We strive to hold the stock to provide the exact products, but sometimes it is out of our control.
What to do if your order is damaged
Your Beautygram will be packed with love and care for your recipient. We understand the importance of the unboxing experience and that this is a gift to your cherished client, employee, friend or family. If an item does arrive damaged or with items missing, please notify us within 24 hours so we can send you a replacement item. Keep in mind that a missing item may have been substituted.
The Beautygram return policy
We offer a 7 day return policy on shelf-stable item purchases. If it was our mistake or the product was not what you expected then we will pay for the return shipping. We will refund your order total, less shipping and handling each way. If you are to return a item please note that:
Orders cannot be canceled once it has shipped.
Items that are returned must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
We do not rent or sell your email address.
